ExperienceOS served as the event’s operational core. From one dashboard, organizers published content, updated sessions, and monitored real-time analytics across 79 active venues. It gave teams clarity, control, and the agility to adapt instantly.

Personalized Journeys

The Event App transformed complexity into clarity. Smart onboarding captured each attendee’s goals and interests, generating curated schedules, trending sessions, and artist recommendations that felt individually crafted.

On-Site Harmony

The Blink Ops App connected on-ground teams, providing live visibility into guest movement, capacity, and logistics. Staff could act in real time, resolving issues before they surfaced and ensuring every moment stayed in sync.
